All you need to do is upload these files to the VistaPrint ProShop and order them for printing in your office. We have provided templates for the following Vista Print products:

The following is a legal agreement between you and Living Well Labs. Please read this agreement carefully before using these products. By using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Living Well Labs reserves the right to change any of the terms of this agreement at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes. Failure to comply with the terms hereof could result in the immediate termination of your account and legal action by our third party vendors.
This program and its contents are protected by United States and international copyright laws and treaties. Living Well Labs owns all rights to these materials and licenses certain graphics from third party vendors. By this Agreement, Living Well Labs grants you a personal, commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to display these materials to the public within your chiropractic office and teach this class at external events.
This program and its contents may not, in whole or in part, be used, sold, sub-licensed, reproduced, distributed, displayed, incorporated into or otherwise made available as screen savers, templates, standalone backgrounds, stock elements, effects imagery elements, or downloadable files. You may not post this program or any of its contents on any electronic bulletin board, put it on-line in a downloadable form or otherwise make it available via FTP, IRC, peer-to-peer file sharing services, video sharing sites like YouTube or Vimeo, or the like. This program and all its contents may not, in whole or in part, be included in any other clip media product, commercial, documentary, advertisement, library, collection, or for distribution or resale. These restrictions apply even if the program materials has been significantly altered.
You may not use this program or any of its content (in whole or in part) as a trademark, logo or an element thereof. You may not create for resale printed reproductions of any portion of this program and materials on canvas, paper or any other medium.
