Starting The Right Place Promise: When the new patient comes in and fills out the history form and they will turn it into the front desk. Then the front desk will give it to you, for you to proceed directly into the reception area with the file, call the patients name with a smile, and take them straight to the consultation room. The Right Place Promise begins in the consultation room. Take them back to the consultation room. While seated or standing with them, you will now begin The Right Place Promise.

The Script: “Hi (patient’s name), my name is (your name) and I’m one of the doctor’s assistants here at OFFICENAME and we’re thrilled to have you here today! We’re honored that you have chosen our office for your health and wellness needs and we’re glad that you’re here. At the same time, I’m sorry for the reason that you are here. I’ve been reading your chart and I see that you have been having some bad (insert problem here) and it’s been affecting your daily routine and has caused you a lot of unwanted pain. I know you’re ready to get rid of this pain, so let me just put your concerns and fears to rest right now. You have done the right thing by coming in here today. I assure you that this is the right place and the right doctor for you to get well again.

I will tell you, honestly, I have seen hundreds of cases just like yours come in here and get awesome results! I get to see it every day and believe me it makes this an exciting place to be! You see, I don’t just work here. I’m also a patient and so is my entire family. We all have gotten amazing results and can’t imagine doing life without regular chiropractic care.
