At Integrity Doctors we recommend hiring fans. What’s a fan? A fan is someone who is a part of your patient base! We want you to hire people who LOVE chiropractic care and have experienced your office! There’s no reason to bring someone in off the streets or internet that doesn’t know you and has never been to a chiropractor before. You will have to do this the first time you open your doors, but pretty soon, you will impacting people all over your community! You will have won over tons of patients and you never know how many would LOVE to work for you until you ask! Below you will find an audio training on hiring as well as a script that can be used to help you with interviewing your future staff members!

Interview Script #

Hello Sally, it is good to see you and I appreciate you coming in because I want to talk to you about something that is VERY exciting and important to us – and I think it will be to you too – I want to talk to you about our dream here at Family Chiropractic and the reason I want to talk to you about this is because we need YOU to do it! I believe you can play a crucial role to help us Make this dream happen and I hope you will be as inspired by our dream here as we are! In fact, the reason I selected you out of all of our patient base is because I believe this job would fit you perfectly and you will be a star – now I want to see if YOU agree and would be as excited as we are by our purpose and dream. I believe you will love – not like – but LOVE to take on this dream and help us because we love what we are doing here!

You have already been able to see – as one of our patients – that we are not here just to put in hours – marking the time until we can get off work and go home. This is not just a job or an endurance test for us – this is a mission. We are here to make a difference in people’s lives by making a difference in their health and wellness. Now I have had plenty of jobs that I did just for the paycheck – and I bet you have too – the problem is – Anybody can make a living but very few people can make a difference – and that is what this job is – you will love making a difference and changing people’s lives – it is SOOO much more rewarding – I believe you will love this because It is a health changer – So it is a life changer! It literally impacts the future and how our community can live life WELL for the rest of their life! So, for you – At the end of one year – you will have been instrumental in changing the health and lives of literally hundreds of families in this community. Hundreds! Sally, this dream is not pie in the sky – We are already the largest chiropractic clinic in Rochester – we have over one thousand patient visits every month – So We are already changing the health in this community, but we have only just begun! We have the plans in place to lead the whole county in natural wellness care – we not only can do this – we MUST do it. We are going to have clinics all over town! Won’t that be awesome! And why are we doing this? To change the health and lives of our county – we have to have more people. This is our mission. We want 80% of our county getting regular chiropractic wellness care. Now you know why I am talking to you… because I think you would be perfect as one of our practice representatives – taking our mission to our community and offering them natural wellness! You are grabbing hold of a huge challenge! So, let me describe what that mission is and you can decide if it is something you would enjoy and love!

Our mission is simple – we are going to change the health of our world here in Rochester with natural wellness. We have set the goal of 80% of our community getting regular chiropractic care – not pain relief – wellness care – because THAT is what will change their health!! Chiropractic enables the body to heal itself – but as a society we haven’t been doing this – we haven’t given the body the chance to heal itself first. Today the health and wellness of our society has been led by drugs – we turn to drugs first for wellness and healing. Shoot, we have become a so drug dependent that we start taking drugs before we even get sick. If we just think we might have something coming on – we take drugs. The result is that now we are in a drug epidemic that is killing us instead of healing us. Over 80,000 people in our country died last year from taking PRESCRIPTION drugs! So why is this happening? It’s because we choose to let drugs lead – making drugs our first resort for wellness instead of our last resort. So as our practice representative … you are showing them how We are committed to NATURAL wellness first – let the body heal itself FIRST with chiropractic care leading your health and wellness – the first resort – and then if you are still sick – we turn to drugs as a last resort. And Sally – you have already experienced this yourself – and I imagine you have wondered – why isn’t everybody doing it now? The answer is simple – they are not against chiropractic they just don’t know about it. How many TV shows and movies do you see about chiropractic care like you see about emergency rooms? they just don’t KNOW chiropractic. They don’t know how to say it – spell it – or how it works. it is our job to change that and that is why we need your help. We need to get this message out there so the public knows how to get well naturally and stay well. You will represent us in the community. You are OUR Practice Representative! And I am talking to you because I am confident you would be amazing at this!

You say, this is a monumental mission – how do you expect me to make this happen? Have no fear – we already have the plan – a plan that is working perfectly – we just need more people to help us do it – we provide you with everything! We DO know how and we will teach you! We have the class you will go out and share. It is a class you have already heard and benefitted from. You have heard “How to Stay Young the First 100 Years.” Now you will take that message called, Living WELL for LIFE – to all kinds of great groups and offices. The awesome thing about this class is – when people hear it – they love it – and respond super positively to it. In fact, you already know how YOU responded to it and honestly people respond so well that many times we get more signing up for this health changing opportunity than even the number of people at the event because they sign up their whole family!

So as part of your training, we will have you come and see one of us present it – so you can see how people respond. We will have you go with us to events to see how to schedule them for an appointment. You will HAVE A COACH TO WORK WITH YOU AND ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS AND PERFECT YOUR procedures. Once you see it and practice it with us – you will love it! All you have to do is learn the system – when they hear it – they love it – and when they love it – YOU love doing it – because you become a star person in their life!

Hopefully you can see why this is so rewarding when you start having all these new patients and new families coming up to you and thanking you for getting them in on this wellness care! You have never experienced anything like this – when you first get started You will be getting at least 40 changed lives a month – but listen – and as you learn and grow in experience – that 40 lives a month will grow to changing the health and future of 40 families a week! The numbers will be phenomenal and that makes you a difference maker – a health changer – a true star in your world! That is a lot of fans!
